WHAT ARE THE LOADING AND DEPARTURE TIMES?
The loading and departure times of the MotoRail from/to Alessandria and Livorno are stated on your ticket, for both for outward and return journey.
Alessandria
Departure Den Bosch 16.17, arrival 9.50. Departure Alessandria 16.00, arrival Den Bosch 9.43.
lodaingtimes Den Bosch from 12.00 - 14.45 and Alessandria from 12.00 - 14.15
Livorno
Departue Den Bosch 14.17 uur, arrival 10.05. Departure Livorno 17.03, arrival Den Bosch 12.40.
Loadingtimes Den Bosch from 10.00 - 12.45 and Livorno from 13.00 - 15.45.
LOADING OF YOUR VEHICLE
The loading of your car
In ’s-Hertogenbosch and at your destination, you drive your car onto the car carrier compartment. Follow the instructions of the loading staff. If necessary, assistance can be provided to drive your car on and off. (The driving of your car by loading staff is entirely at your own risk).
The loading of your motorcycle
Remove any loose luggage and windscreen from your motorcycle before loading and take these items with you on the train. At ’s-Hertogenbosch station luggage can be temporarily stored in a room designated for that purpose. (The storage of luggage is at your own risk).
You ride your motorcycle onto the car carrier compartment yourself. The motorcycle will be secured with tension straps in cooperation with the loading staff. Your motorcycle must have suitable fastening points.
Follow the instructions of the loading staff.
Luggage
Once the cars and motorcycles have been loaded, it is no longer possible to remove luggage from your car or motorcycle. Take all your valuables (passport, travel documents, car papers, green card, money etc.) with you. Take everything that you will need during the train journey (including any medicines you require) in a travel bag.
Liability
Exclusion of all liability for Euro-Express Treincharter B.V. applies in the case of damage during the loading and unloading of cars and motorcycles on and off the train and during transport. The transport and loading of vehicles and any goods in or on them is therefore at your own risk: any liability for damage of any nature and scope on and in vehicles is excluded.
We recommend that you take out Car transportation insurance with EETC.
CHECK-IN AT STATIONS IN FRANCE AND ITALY
English-speaking MotoRail staff is available at the stations to advise and assist you.

CHECK-IN AT S-HERTOGENBOSCH STATION
Cars and motorcycles: Report to the MotoRail check-in desk on the platform. Give your ticket to the agent. Your car or motorcycle will only be checked for superficial damage if you have taken out car transportation insurance. Then follow the instructions of the loading staff.
Service facilities in ’s-Hertogenbosch:
On the loading platform there is a waiting room, (unguarded) storage space for luggage and toilets for MotoRail passengers.

ON BOARD OF THE AUTOSLAAP TREIN
Pets
If you wish to take your pet along – only permitted in a 4 or 6-person private compartment – please indicate this at the time of booking. Pets for which no reservation has been made will not be accepted on the train.
The train manager will collect a deposit of €150 from you. For more information, please refer to the conditions concerning pets.
Stewards and train manager
English-speaking stewards are at your service during the journey. They will serve you, for example, the welcome drink and a warm meal, make up your bed for the night and serve breakfast in the morning. At your request, they will also serve you a drink or a small snack.
The stewards are under the direction of the train manager, who is ultimately responsible on board the train.
Dinner and breakfast
Your meal and breakfast will be served in your compartment.
If you have made a reservation for the restaurant, you will find information about the seating and times on your ticket. After the final sitting, the restaurant becomes a Grand Café that will remain open until midnight.
Own alcoholic drinks
The consumption of your own alcoholic drinks is not permitted anywhere on the train.
Smoking on board
Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the MotoRail.
Means of payment
You can only pay in cash on the MotoRail.
Washing facilities and toilets
The sleeping carriages are equipped with washing cabins and toilets.
The “Slaap Comfort” compartments are equipped with their own washbasin. Please leave the sanitary facilities clean and tidy after use.
A good night's rest
We can only guarantee you peace and quiet on the MotoRail with your cooperation. After 11 p.m. it is not permitted to hold noisy discussions in compartments or aisles, to play audio equipment that is audible to others, or to disturb the sleep of fellow passengers in any other manner.
Passport/ID card
Don’t forget to take a valid passport/ID card with you. Everyone is required by law to produce a means of identification when requested.
EETC is not responsible for any consequences if this is not available.
