The AutoSlaap Trein is the most complete train to the sun in France and Italy. Holidays by car has never been so comfortable. 

 

PERSONAL SERVICE

In your compartment a warm meal (airline style) and a breakfast are served, both included in the price. Alternatively you can order a choice of drinks and snacks during your trip from your steward. On board you will get a magazine with a complete menu of the on board refreshments. After second sitting, the restaurant car will be opened as Grand Café bar, and you can order there a drink too.

OUR RESTAURANT CAR

The MotoRail features a fully equipped restaurant car where our cooks prepare a 3 course meal with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian. Enjoy a glass of wine and a fantastic view, as you journey to South or homeward. For an upgrade fee your compartment meal can be uppgraded to this dinner at the restaurant car. For children there is a children's menu (see price table). There are two sittings but places are limited, so book early!

Our 2011 menu:

- Carpaccio or Trio of fish or cheese terrine with dried fruit.

- Rib eye with pepper sauce, potato gratin and vegetables or Salmon with  dill sauce, potato gratin and vegatables, or Pizza Calzone, vegatables with Greek salad.

- Gran dessert.

Children Menu:

- Tomato soup,

- Chicken skewar with fries and apple sauce,

- Ice cream

After the final sitting, the restaurant becomes a Grand Cafë that will remain open until midnight

PETS

Pets are allowed in the 4 and 5/6- berth private compartments. Ask our reservation department for our terms related to pets travel

CHILDREN

If you book a place in a 4 or 5/6-berth compartment, a reduced rate applies to children aged up to 12 years old. Children aged 2 and below can travel with you at no charge but do not have a separate seat or sleeping berth. When making your reservation, be sure to tell us the age of any child, That way we'll be able to serve special kids meals for them in your compartment (included) or in the restaurant car.

CYCLIST / WALKERS

As well as your car or motorcycle, you can also bring your bicycle onto the MotoRail. Your bicycle will be locked in a special bicycle rack for the duration of the journey. In the Netherlands, passengers travelling with a car and/or bicycle can get on the train in 's-Hertogenbosch only. If you're travelling to your holiday destination without a car, motorcucle or bicycle, you can join and leave the train at Venlo as well.

NO SMOKING

Euro Express Traincharter have a no smoking policy throughout our trains. 

CLIMATE CONTROL

The restaurant, 4-berth compartments and the sleeper compartments are semi air-conditioned. The temperature in your compartment can be adjusted depending the weather outdoors. The system will begin to work shortly after the train departs. For best performance, compartment windows should be closed. The 6-berth compartments have natural ventilation only.
